If you would like to know more about me, I will tell you briefly about myself:
I am German, married to a Dane and have been living in the beautiful European capital of Brussels for 20 years.

My children grew up trilingual, I myself speak besides my mother tongue German fluently French, English, Danish, Dutch and very good Italian, so I can happily claim to be European through and through. Trained in Berlin in singing, dancing and acting, my path led me further towards the voice and all its facets, so I am not only a singer with the jazz trio Satin Swingers on the road, but also work as a professional voice over artist.

And what does that have to do with being an officiant of secular ceremonies? Everything! Because without my solid background in vocal and speaking technique, as well as a lot of stage experience, I would not dare to be there in front on such an important day, be it in joy or sadness, to accompany you through your secular ceremony.

The spark was lit when I was invited to a friend's secular wedding ceremony. I wanted to do THAT and also the secular funeral service of a beloved family member encouraged me to take this path. Then when I was able to help celebrate a child's welcome in Denmark last year, it was clear.
I want to accompany people through secular ceremonies!

Fortunately, there are great people from whom I was able to learn the craft. Many thanks to Anja Kelllersmann and Julian Hügelmeyer from Redekunstwerk Osnabrückwho encouraged me to turn my vocation as a secular ceremony officiant into my profession.
